Our history
PAD (Positive Activities Developments CIC) was born from Positive Activities, a registered and established Charity, Mark Fenty co-founded in 2010.
Sadly through recent health and other issues, not under his control, a subsidiary of the charity was born, and today, it is through that creation that we now continue our offer a “brand new” AI service to our fellow “not for profits”
We proudly present AI-Agency.org.uk the first not for profit organisation to offer affordable AI technologies to other “not for profits”, and charities
Uniquely, the business model created by Mark, is to work with local commercial sector organisations who help, to co-fund this wonderful new initiative.

Our AI journey is just beginning providing engaging AI solutions to help society
For over 45 years, “It’s been an incredible pleasure and journey working with charitable sector all over the UK, helping to solve societies problems.
Starting with the award winning Humberside regional “Get Hooked of Fishing” programme, working in partnership with the local housing partnership, local authority and Police by assisting young people “at risk” of crime.
I went on to pioneer the UK’s first community led multimedia £1.3m TV studio (opened by Sir David Puttnam) and more recently, founded a 15 acre “off grid” community managed, rural site Humberston Eco Conservation Centre, which attracted international attention for its focus on “waste to energy” to “sustainable food” initiatives. It was to trial one of only three containerised specially engineered anaerobic digestion shipping containers in the world, and Mark and the project featured “live” at COPs 26 in Glasgow.
With my team, I now, I proudly present, our new “not for profit” AI-Agency.org.uk who will work with our commercial partners, to deliver affordable AI technologies to our fellow “not for profit” and charitable sectors. AI resources will assist their organisations, their beneficiaries, and most importantly, the communities, we all, work, live and play in !
