Domestic Energy Support
We are proud to have 2 new fully qualified level 3 NEA (National Energy Action) advisors Mark Fenty and Reece Springall who are developing North East Lincolnshire monthly energy advice sessions at community hubs with the support of Regen. We are also developing ideas around using AI technologies to help consumers with a new concept which is to design and pilot a new AI energy bot to help answer energy related questions 24×7.
